I've walked a lot of properties over the years & I have to say this one ranks in the top 10. The topography is flat & partially cleared in the front half to Cuthbert Rd & is heavily wooded in the back half. It is hilly with several ravines that drain down & fill up a pretty large pond. Very quiet & lots of evidence of deer & animal trails. The property backs to Pontiac Lake State Park. 3 minutes to Indian Springs Metropark. Property has not been perked or well tested & sits between 5470 & 5026 Cuthbert Rd; both have wells & septic systems. If you walk the property with your agent, wear long sleeves & pants; there is a thicket of thorn bushes 10 feet deep when you transition past the cleared path to the back half over the ravines down to the pond. A Beautiful place to build on 5 acres!! Current use is Residential.
